During Manufacturer Warranty Period
For products that are still within the manufacturer warranty period (typically one year, starting from the date of purchase or date of delivery, depending upon state or local law), contact the manufacturer below directly and they will handle all aspects of the warranty service and answer questions about your warranty.
After the Manufacturer Warranty Period with Protection Plan Purchased
- For products purchased on or after 10/24/21 for which you purchased a Protection Plan, contact Assurant Customer Service at (800) 454-7124 or www.MyAFclaims.com to schedule service or repair.
- For products purchased before 10/24/21 for which you purchased the Protection Agreement, contact the Protection Agreement Customer Service at (888) 755-3542 to schedule service or repair.
