In-Store Pickup Policy
Once your furniture has been purchased, there are two options you can choose from to get it to your home: in-store pickup or delivery. For all in-stock items, you can pick up the merchandise the same day you purchase it. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by the store when it arrives and can set a time to pick up your item. If you are unable to pick up the item at the scheduled time, notify the store immediately.
We do not charge any additional fees if you choose to pick up your furniture yourself. In order to pick up your merchandise, you’ll need to know the name or phone number on the order. We require all customers to inspect their items for any visible defects before leaving the store. Our experienced warehouse team may help you load and secure your furniture into your van or pickup truck from the convenient loading docks located in each of our warehouses. However, we reserve the right to refuse to load merchandise that could result in injury or property damage. The customer is responsible for making sure all loads are secure and American Freight is not responsible for damage or loss caused to merchandise or vehicles during loading or transport.
